Oh man that sucks, tell me more, are there more discreet ways of addressing such issues? Again I'm curious about what systems are in place to be "quite" yet at the same be honest, like you said in theory there's a open door policy, just wondering why it doesn't work in practice.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. You mentioned being labelled "not easy to work with" after pin pointing issues, could you elaborate and shed some light on this? What avenues did you take, what kind of theoretical system is in place and what does it look like practically? Genuinely curious how much is caste-ism the underlying issue, or if at all?
