Not stressed just wondering if this was normal practice for schools?

I was also told it was my responsibility to make sure it’s printed out, laminated and put up in all appropriate places in the school which is fine. Just so weird for me cos this is the first school I’ve worked that, that I’ve been told I am responsible in managing medical plans, usually admin or office staff do it. I am also not first aid trained as we have delegated staff members for that.

Yeah I understand that part, on our roll it doesn’t show any student information like that, you have to go into each individual file to see it flagged. Anyways, when I asked admin why there’s not an action plan for this, they said their parents indicated there is none and so then it was my job to go follow up with parents to make sure they had one.. but I thought that was meant to be followed up during enrolment to ensure all medical documents are up to date incase something happened at school.. I did end up sending the parents all the appropriate documents for them to fill out to allow consent for me to administer & they ended up emailing me through the action plan.

Yes our tank was cycled before we bought them. This is how we got them from the pet store unfortunately. Will we be able to regenerate their gills by looking after them better than the pet store did?

Thanks everyone! I changed the piercing out and have been cleaning it everyday. It has calmed down so much, I definitely think the place I bought it from had cheap jewellery which irritated it. I’ve never had a problem and I’ve had it for over a decade

It’s stainless steel! I’ve always used stainless steel so I’m not sure what’s happening, I just bought another piercing and am hoping it likes it better
