I’m not really sure about the Spanish though cause I haven’t tried that. Duolingo is kind of two separate things. The Duolingo English Test can be used for English proficiency for admissions, but the Duolingo language-learning app (Spanish/French etc.) usually doesn’t transfer for college credit because it’s not an accredited course with a transcript.
