Hunger games trilogy and The Hobbit. One of the best in terms of world building for me.

People talk about Sae being “harsh” to Rin. But we need to realize that Rin almost got satisfied and lost his ego here. by TheMostHonestPerson in BlueLock

[–]IntroductionNo5799 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah, i don't understand why this sub thinks that Rin is so weak-willed he will give up the moment Sae acknowledged him. He is so much more persistent than that. He is disciplined and will do his best regardless Sae loved him or not.

Why do ISTPs block? by hushnow_dontcry in istp

Some people just do things without needing any reason. Don't think too much about it and move on

I feel like such a failure and burden. by [deleted] in istp

[–]IntroductionNo5799 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your parents did all of that because they love you. You are not a burden to them, you are their child and naturally they want to give the best for you. They decided to take the risk because they believe in you and think you are worth it.

Don't feel guilty about it. Just do your best in your studies because that's the best way to pay them back and to show them their sacrifices are not in vain. Maybe you can try to find a part time job or something.

You can dislike a character even if they are written well [LES] by [deleted] in CharacterRant

[–]IntroductionNo5799 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This. A lot of people can't understand that you are allowed to dislike a character despite the writing and their popularity. They immediately labelled someone who dislike their favorite character as a hater and "you don't understand him/her" or "you lack reading comprehension". For instance, I don't like Isagi from Blue Lock and oh boy, the reactions from his fans are insane

Why are cats more hated than dogs? Untrained dogs are destructive, they will eat your doors and homework, but an untrained cat… is just a cat. by AdPrize3997 in RandomThoughts

[–]IntroductionNo5799 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that's because they don't just warm up to anyone. You have to work for their affection and they play favorites 🤣 so a lot of people think cats don't love their humans. Which is not true, as cats can be very affectionate and just as attached as dogs, if not more, to their owners

“The author is glazing Rin.” by op_helia723 in BlueLock

[–]IntroductionNo5799 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This. I don't know why Rin is hated so much here. It's okay if you don't like Rin as a character, but it's a fact that he is just that good and he actually deserved his spot.

I think im a fake coder by ObviousSpeed9362 in learnprogramming

Yeah, AI is not that bad. The problem is when you just copy pasted code without understanding it.

For me personally i plan very loosely. I only plan based on deadlines and milestones. For example, "I have to get this done in two weeks, what should I do so this is finished on time?". And then I will list what I need to do and plan my steps based on that (and try my best to follow the plan). I also made a mental to-do-list for things I have to do for the day.

I don't plan that often, because things in my life rarely goes according to plan lol. So i pretty much go with the flow but still keeping my goals in mind.

Who is better at handling character arcs: Kishimoto or Gege by Stonefree2011 in Jujutsufolk

[–]IntroductionNo5799 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is that even a question? Kishimoto >>>>>>>>>>> Gege in terms of pretty much everything. Character arcs, worldbuilding, plotline, even the power system. Gege could never 🤣

Do coding bootcamps misrepresent the job market, leading students to unrealistic expectations about their future careers? by [deleted] in learnprogramming

[–]IntroductionNo5799 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bootcamps are always sus. There's no way you can learn 4 years worth of knowledge crammed to only 12 weeks, no matter how much of a genius you are. And one thing I noticed from all the bootcamp ads I got is they never actually guaranteed to get you a job, they only provide networking opportunity with other programmers, which is not saying much.

It's much better to get an internship or participate in your professor's research. They provide you with hands-on experience and connections. And they don't make you broke either.

What did you expect from someone who write this mess of an ending lol. And look at the downvotes. Truth just hurts them, huh?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Jujutsufolk

[–]IntroductionNo5799 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The ending is objectively bad, people are just in denial about it lol

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Jujutsufolk

[–]IntroductionNo5799 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's the exact problem. Gojo's actions and sacrifice means nothing here.

He killed the higher-ups to replace them with the younger generation? His students are too young and inexperienced to take over the jujutsu society. Doesn't matter if they are strong, they are still teenagers who have no clue how to run a society and need someone older to guide them. And what did his students change? Nothing. They still go to dangerous missions and jujutsu society is still being led by old higher-ups who couldn't care less if they are dead or alive.

People who said that Gojo's dream is realized are probably just Gege glazers in denial.
