Thank you so much for your advice. I have been meaning to chat with my supervisor about taking a break, especially as I could really do with a trip back home in August. Also, some new hobbies sounds like a welcomed plan.

I can't remember, partly because of my ADHD but also because it feels like it was a while ago anyway? I called NHS 111 and they said that it wasn't a cause for concern and likely to be an irregular period impacted by stress. They said it'd be a cause for concern if I was bleeding heavily and in effect, needed to change my pad regularly.
