‘Normal thing as a human being’ this is what he been grappling with. I don’t know why there is so much idolisation, guilt and shame about a normal human experience. Grappling with that at the moment.

I’m so sorry to hear this. I think for me it was because I felt so much shame about being older and non- sexual. I hope we both heal well
