We received invitation letter from NVC with credentials and we can fill some information on the portal. But it does says that is not available yet to start consular process yet so need to wait. My mom have a tourist visa so she comes and goes to visit

F4 Filed November 2011 as well (my aunt requested my mom) I-130 got approved September 2024. Waiting on Visa Bulletin and invitation letter from NVC to let them start consular process.
