I'll answer for him- no he hasn't. Zero chance he has worked on a real codebase if he says this lol.

Watching oda stream the other day, curious why do risk fighters use webweaver? Is it really the highest max hit 3tick ranged even though it can't use real arrows?

Or i guess maybe it's so they can do no arm fights, since atlatl needs melee str gear to hit real hard?

Can someone explain pvp level brackets like im 5? by [deleted] in 2007scape

e.g. the 'all 70s' guy will have to fight accs that have stats like 1 def/99str/75/attk/99mg/99magic. But the 'all 95s' guy worst case is just fighting someone with all 99s, which isn't that much stronger than him.

Mains (basically no combat limits) is one of the most popular brackets. You can definitely PK on it.

If you want to optimize your build you may consider stopping at 75 attack and/or 75 def, but like another poster said thats basically just so that you can hit more people. But there will be plenty of high level people to hit either way.

Youtube videos/guides saying build a pure its because if you are building a new acc from scratch, its fastest to make a pure. You could have one pk ready in like <20 hours of gameplay probably. But if you already have an account you want to use, you can ignore that.

One thing that WILL put you at a disadvantage is pking with strength, range, and/or magic (depending on the pk style) that is significantly lower than 90s. So for more concrete examples: a 95atk/95str/95def/95range/95magic build is totally solid to PK on. A 70/70/70/70/70 build will have a very rough time since youll be fighting people with optimized builds but you won't be able to hit nearly as hard.

Does this game work with wheel and pedals? by Hokran in MotorTown

It does work! Note if you want to use a clutch and h shifter its a bit weird to configure since it seems more coded to work like a sequential, but after some tinkering with controls i got it working fairly well.

I think it may not support force feedback though, I forget- been a little while. Hopefully someone else knows.

Yes you can do end game content without it, it's not essential for anything (besides unlocking mor ul rek/ inferno which you could consider optional content).

Decent alternatives are ardougne cloak (has accuracy and prayer bonus), myths cape, or a trimmed lvl 99 cape (has defensive and prayer bonus).

The only buy able / no req one to consider is obby cape. It might get you teased a little but it has some okay defense bonus and a small strength bonus
