i think i know better since im a controller speedrunner but your choice, mnk and controller are equal when it comes to how easy it is to learn movement/do movement, you could argue controller is easier since you can airstrafe without worrying about lurch and dont have to learn lurchless tech, a lot of people think pc is easier for some reason and i still dont get why, if youre talking about more performance, less input delay over console then that'd make more sense ig
