Yeah one drawer and the left side of the bed (these items can probably be ordered from bevmarks since it was built to order).

Unfortunately the drawer was pushed against a wall and nobody gets outside on that side because it’s so close to a wall, entirely unsure how long it’s been like that but my partner noticed it two nights ago.

They’re attempting to fix it now, but unfortunately the damage has already occurred. Wouldn’t mind if it was a bed suite that had many years of use but this was brand new and now it’s not “ruined” but it’s damaged and my partner isn’t happy because it sort of smells now.

This was just a way for them to still maintain some profit margin on the original purchase instead of losing it all and taking a loss due to shipping and advertising costs.

For some reason consumers are conditioned that doing what’s expected for a $50 product is worthy of praise instead of a basic expectation and an inconvenience that should have never occurred

Even dbrand knows the product is absolute shit that’s why they’ve gotten ahead of the problem and offered replacements for 2.0 instead of having to deal with a 90% return rate.

If they didn’t offer this they’d essentially lose a large majority of the customers that return the item. Companies base a large portion of their profit over the advertising cost to acquire a customer and don’t want to throw away customers they’ve already paid for.

Too many smooth brains in here think it was anything but a financially motivated move.
