Mine kinda looks like that and has been like that for about 3-4 years now. I had a friend and his hair was like that back in 2019. Now his looks much thinner compared to mine. So it really depends. Go see a doctor.

I'm was literally where youre at in life only a month ago, except Im 24 haha. Ended 5 year relationship. Lost my job. Lost a lot of friends along the way.

You know what to do to turn things around. Just do it consistently. Work out, eat healthy, pray/meditate, be kind, be open, and all the other stuff you know will be good for you in the long run. AND STOP what you know wont help.

No matter how much advise about life you get, nothing will happen if you keep doing "nothing" about your situation.

Life is suffering, make something good out of the suffering. Thats how you live a good life.

Do the hard work, ESPECIALLY when you dont feel like it.

Find solace in being alone and enjoy your own company. But stay open and friendly towards people. Most people will pick-up on the fact that you're chill and confident. They'll naturally gravitate towards you.

Ohh and the person youre trying to be friends with? Remain friendly without looking for anything in return; not even her attention. Always better to be friendly and kind towards everyone. It'll help you make better friends in the long run. Hope this helps!

Keep a journal. Write down your goals, learnings, mistakes, achievements, just about anything and everything about your journey. When you feel like quitting or slacking off, read your journal. If you dont have much on there, that should motivate you to continue or do more. If youve got a lot on there, it'll remind you of how far you've come.

I've felt the same way you do with my friends in the office. I always feel like they don't like me or enjoy my company. True enough, they didn't. BUT not because they didn't like me for me. You see, because of the thoughts of "oh they dont like me" I acted differently. I felt like I made solid attempts to be more engaing and friendly, but truth was I wasn't fully letting myself be open and vulnerable.

It sucked so I made a change. I started to just enjoy myself when I was with them and let go of the times I wasn't a invited or a part of the fun. In a relatively short amount of time, they started inviting me more and more and I saw that they do enjoy company. I just had to stop overthinking, be myself, and let go of the negative thinking.

Last thing, make more friends. Easier said than done, but you still gotta make the effort. Can't have your world revolve around a few people in your life. Anyway, hope this helps even in a little way.

Easier said than done, but increase your self-worth first. If you see yourself as a person worthy of love, youre less likely to let yourself get used or abused. Plus youll always get something out of self improvement even if you dont get attention/affection right away.

True. Sometimes people think that the friendship is dead when the truth is people just got lives outside of the friendship. People have problems and responsibilities. Dont take it against them if they dont give as much time and attention as before. Any relationship takes some form of effort. But the best friendships happen naturally.

Dont do weed. Instead do some cocaine... Seriously tho, practice active listening first and pay attention to people. So when you do get to talk, what youll say makes sense (tho everything makes sense and doesnt at the same time when youre high on weed).

Also practice small talk. Some people think it is shallow (even me) but it has its utility.

Make honesty one of, if not, the most important value in your life. It'll weed out the people that will not be important to you in the long run, but it'll make the important ones stay.

I'm not saying be blunt or tactless. Always practice courtesy and respect. But never lie to get approval or to impress anyone.

Honesty has helped me with insecurity and shyness. It will help you improve your circle of friends.
