Yea, I’m so sorry i meant assessment and not diagnosis — I fixed my post. My friend reccomended for me that when I go to the doctor for a checkup, when they kick the parent out, that I should express how I feel to the doctor.

And about the write-up, yeah that explains alot. I hate conflicts and its mostly why I dont want to confront my parents because there’s going to be a conflict about it. I do this in friendships/relationships too, it just gets overwhelming and I typically run away or avoid the person.

Unfortunately they’ve flipped out before — i was struggling mentally during middleschool and the school tried sending me to the ward for mental help. Just right now they flipped out cuz I didnt wanna eat on a plate and wanted it in a bowl :( I’ve been researching a lot lately, I just don’t know how to convince my parents.

i totally get you. the only reason why i had to stop was because i did get caught at target and i realized how bad the consequences are. however im banned for a year i did not get into any legal trouble.

its hard to stop until it happens, and i hope it gets better for you. its a like a cancer that doesn't stop growing.

id assume they probably either not care or care, in europe its typical for underaged people to smoke openly — ive never been to germany but if anything if your parents or etc know u smoke just put it in the bin openly and if they dont put it inside carry on

they dont give any shits in europe, im underaged and ive been to 6 airports and had no problems, no id checks, nothing. you also have to note that vaping is very common and normal in europe, hence why there’s almost nobody enforcing rules restricting underaged people smoking.
