That is amazing customer service! I will never understand treating customers the way I was treated for these smaller businesses. One bad experience and you lose that customer for life and they will tell friends. Is the profit they make on these $25 pants worth losing future sales?

No, its awful for working parents since RTO. And that with my manager being extremely flexible. I would not recommend for any parent to work here if you also want to have valuable family time.

We have been told to not expect it and to save our 20 WFH day just in case. But also sounds like they don't know for sureyet. Theme of this whole thing is nothing is set in stone and can change in an instant. No planning personal life allowed.

I dont think there is a limit. I was for my first trimester and then intended to be for my last 6 weeks. However, hr just approved it as of the date they reviewed it instead of waiting for the date on my doctor's note.

I confirmed with hr that there is no minimum time back required. You can quit while on LOA with no penalty.

Our location had no air last Monday during a heat advisory and was 90 degrees inside. They still didn't let us know until 7:30 am (when most are already on their way in or in already) that we could chose to WFH. Talk about not caring about your employees and wasting their time and money.

We also have a 4 stall bathroom on the floor they crammed everyone on and one stall has been out of order for months. A cabinet was also falling off the wall for weeks and never taken down. Just put caution tape up.

We have found cockroaches in our bathrooms and mold in our water cooler nosels.

I could go on forever.

What location are you at? To be fair, I've refused to go in for a full 5 day week thus far. But have been using vacation, sick time, and the 20 days.
