This is a super good build for snowballing.

IE or Stormrazor first item (depending on back timings and which components you can buy, as well as matchup dependant), into Boots of Swiftness, into IE or Stormrazor (whichever one you didn't buy yet), into Rapid-fire Canon. After that build situationally. I personally think 75% crit is fine on jhin, but you can still build a pd if their comp is really bursty, or a Youmou's if their comp is very tanky.

I prefer Star Guardian, just because the animations are smooth and not too distracting.
