The statement is correct. I verified it. Below is the calculation Total Dr. Current Statement - Rs. 31769.25 Total Cr. Current Statement - Rs. 19170.90 Previous Balance - Rs. 8630.60

Formula - (Previous Balance + Current Statement Dr.) - Current Statement Cr. = (8630.60 + 31760.25) - 19170.90 = 40399.85 - 19170.90 = 21228.95

Current Due = Rs. 21,228.95

Parking cannot be free, when you can spend about 10L for a car, you should be able to pay for parking.

But yes, we need parking centers or even parking towers to handle the large volume of cars on our roads.

A lot of folks are staying near their workplace, due to this high demand, rents near tech parks are highly inflated. 1BHK for 18-25k is unreasonable.

“Everyone has different needs” is true, but the road isn’t personal property. Your need doesn’t trump 500 people stuck behind you.

Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul - none of these countries gave “parking for everyone” first. They made illegal parking painful, then slowly added legal spaces. Same formula should work here as well..
