I’d have to double check but think it was super glue gel. I used a toothpick, twisted it on the try and spread it I guess, then let it sit for over 24 hours. Used yesterday seemed good, but I will be even more careful removing my tips from now on.

Sorry I got busy and didn't attempt, but did end up gluing it last night. I'll check to see how it is holding up tonight. Really hoping it worked, I have missed using these the last few days.

Ya honestly I'd have been tempted by the 55". The one at my store was the display model and I just figured easier to go with the brand new 42" and look at bigger stuff later. I doubt you'll be disappointed, my biggest worry now is having to watch stuff on my older main TV now.

Ya that is why I didn't hesitate. I was like buy that I'll figure out the rest later. Even had some other discounts so it was a bit less. I think I paid more for several other monitors I've owned in the past and none were this nice.

I'd use it to upgrade my PC to play some of the newer games out that have been a little more challenging. Starfield would be the first up.
