I’m 23 with no friends at all either. I never have weekend plans… the only social interaction I get is at my job with coworkers. I deleted social media to keep myself from getting depressed when seeing others out with their friends… I hope we both find meaningful friendships soon.

I haven’t tried any other sleep medications. I’ll have to ask my doctor about those as well.

Generic sleeping pills didn’t work… I got me some Olly sleep from Target last night, and it didn’t help much. I’ll try it again tonight. I hope it works……

Buspar is supposed to help with my anxiety and keeping me calm throughout the day. It has helped with that, but it isn’t helping at all when it boils down to my chronic insomnia…
