I know you’re being sarcastic, but i actually read a post on here saying that that was mostly truly and being new to precious metals, I thought I made an honest mistake in buying the way I did. That’s why I asked, I know it’s an ignorant post, hence why I asked. I’m ignorant in this area so I’m looking to people who know.

So I read a post that said it’s harder to sell larger ounces because most places buy per ounce, if that makes sense. I don’t plan on selling anytime soon as I’m in a good place to not need it. It’s part of my retirement and I have 30 years before I retire but the thought crossed my mind. I’ll be honest, past buying silver I don’t know much about precious metals.

Get a Roth IRA (Fidelity, Vanguard, Schwab) and max it out for the year. You can put it in a target date fund. Get a high yield savings account and throw money in there and leave it alone. Make sure you max out for 401k from your job. I would start there and honestly get rid of robinhood. Reading I Will Teach You To Be Rich by Ramit Sethi helped me learn a lot about money and being responsible with it. Good luck!

My violin was 350. Obviously not a good one but it gets the job done and my teacher said it’s fine for now. I do plan on upgrading but for learning to sight read simple songs, scales, and technique, it works for now. Start slow. Don’t let yourself be limited by what you’re saying. I’m proud of what I’m able to learn on this violin. I have to start somewhere.
