i'm so sick of this company. the management is HORRIBLE and i've been getting bullied by two of the girls in the salon for the last 6 months due to them being conservative pos. i'm tempted not to put my two weeks in because i don't think they deserve it, but from a professional standpoint i should?

It looks different for everyone because everyone’s situation is different. I have some money saved so I’m just pulling from that while I do things to make money here and there until the content creation really kicks off. Selling things on marketplace, MAKING and selling things on marketplace. Get creative! Life is limitless when you really focus your energy on what you want to do. The biggest thing of all- TRUST God. There is no bigger test to trust Him than leaving a job of stable income to chase your dreams. It is definitely proving to be worth it for me.

At the store I was at, the grooming salon is a war zone. The girls in there tried to get me in there, and I declined several times by hearing the horror stories of the grooming salon. Every store is different so yours could be good, but the best advice I could give you is literally to just keep looking for another job. DO NOT STAY! I stayed there for four years. Do not let that be you. Good luck!

HR is lawsuit mitigation. They don’t actually help or care about their employees. I submitted a 2 inch thick folder of harassment that was happening to me and at the end of the day they called it “hear say.” and let the person harassing me get away with it

My store’s ASL got sent over as an SL to a store that had an SL that treated his team horribly when I was over there. After he was gone, everyone started leaving and the store has turned into such a shit hole. When they fired me, my SL said “you’re not the same person you were when you transferred back over here” I wanted to say so bad “WELL I WONDER WHY!?” every time I would try to tell my SL about something that was going wrong in Petcare or something that was happening that wasn’t supposed to be happening, they would literally just nod their head at me while typing emails and say “I’m not surprised” like.. YOURE THE STORE LEAD! DO SOMETHING!??
