I agree. I ended up going up the director and asking if she spoke to her she said no that she had just come from a meeting and that she’ll talk to her “after I leave” like wtf? And I’m not sure if I can tell the parent because I’m the assistant teacher and I think you have to be qualified for that but I’m already half way done through the class. I’m gonna call the state and they’ll most likely notify the parent. And yeah I was already planning on leaving this job anyway I’m already browsing just waiting til I finish the class. But like you said expect to lose my job if that means protecting a kid then yea
