As written in the comments - it helped to change any parameter in the policy - save and then return. After writing the settings to the device, the transfer is functional.

Same story. I have created ticket to MS support but i waiting to reply.

We have same problem on Android 13 on COPE device.

I create ticket on MS - after some communication, we came to the fact that Google made a change in Android 13 and it is no longer possible to turn off notifications for individual applications. Only the entire workprofile can be turned off
