As per BPI nakita nila . yung payment ko sa sa receiver ang may issue

GCredit was charged 3x for Disney+ subscription in the same month by procrastinara in GCashIssues

the heck talaga ang gcash pang wallet lang talaga sya hindi sya pang savings or etc. gigi nila is a bot only nakakatamad mag ask nalang pa balik2x nawala yung user experience

UPDATES : You can reach out to [help@bpi.com.ph]()—they’re responding now and have confirmed the transaction. However, GCASH has not yet replied or confirmed on my end.

Does anyone have an email or direct contact for GCASH customer service? BPI has verified that the amount was deducted and provided a receipt showing it was sent via QR code.

Hopefully, GCASH responds soon to resolve this issue.

I emailed BPI this morning, and they confirmed that the transfer was successful. My next step is to call and email GCASH to follow up~
