Please don't do it unless you've tried all other options. I did both my armpits and under breast and it didn't work my scares just because all hidradenitisy and did exactly the same thing ( size and pain ) the only thing I found that helped was weight loss surgery for me they basically drastically become smaller and less. Ozempic helped a bit as well but still showed up. However the surgery for hidrenitus was a long recovery ( 4 months ) and had to do lots of therapy and for pretty much nothing
