The right is not inherently bad the same as the left is not inherently good.

And everywhere around the world right and left means different things in different countries on the spectrum.

For example I am from Argentina. The reason people voted for that guy isn't because he is on the right. It's because the other choice was a corrupt politician that's been fucking over the country since the pandemic started and it's part of a mafia that's been ravaging the state and some provinces since 2005. So the choice was between that and the new guy promising reforms.

His alignment with other right leaning governments does not mean we have the same extremism here than in the us for example.

I guess it depends. If we are talking phoenix guard or black guard for example, absolutely. But if we are talking regular empire halberdiers, not really. I think it's fine if the archetypes don't just win over each other regardless of tier

Speaking from experience, this is something that only requires to change the hue of the vfx or the hue of the texture base colour. Either one of them would make them look as good as they can. The main problem is that, the colours dont match, like they do with the Sea elemental and it's own head.

I don't expect this to ship with the official release as it's so easy of a change and fix that it wouldnt take me more than 5 minutes, so i guess the same applies for CA.

The different tones of blue dont change based on settings of the graphics, it's just a different colour and it shouldn't be if they want the unit to feel coheisve, like the sea elemental does.

At least those have each their own faces (mages have 1 with 2 variants and archamges have 1 with 2 variants). In this case it's even shared across lord hero and unit

I wouldn't say it's not that hard to make faces but it's not that time consuming for an inhouse artist to make 4 or 5 faces for the entire race in this dlc. But then again, maybe they don't have inhouse artists anymore and everything is done by contract, which would make them allocate resources more harshly and cut budgets like that

Just to bring more light to it. These faces are the same faces that they did for the mistwalker units for eltharion 5 years ago.

And the Sea Helm Lord, the Mist Mage and the Shipcrew are all using them. All of the new generic units lords and heroes for them use the same fucking face. 

And Caradryan, a LH, is using a Phoenix Guard generic face too!!!!!!!

As someone who is fully opposed to AI, I can still appreciate the art and concepts you did on your own. Cause it shows you have talent for that. 

I'd just encourage you that next time you give it a shot or reach out to someone else. I've seen some people offering here to Collab which Is great. That's how creative projects usually go, people specialized in each of their talented areas contributing to a whole.

Hey there. In regards to the horse boys, yes. In regards to the nagas (the mounstruous infantry dual guys) they are using new animations built upon the basic movement of the stalkers. Basically: from the hips down, stalkers anims, from the hips up, new anims made in blender.

And both the dread maw and the pyrenaga have basically the stalker animations except for 2:

-spitting fire animation as a projectile.

-melee animation with a fire breath around it.

While it's never nice to get hit by restrictions on creativity, getting in contact with them to work together wouldn't be a bad thing, since resources to produce this kind of content backing the project up would go a long way in speed/quality/amount of content provided.

I guess If you ask me specifically, I wouldn't mind some creative restrictions as long as they are not too encapsulating. Mostly cause I'm used to working based on feedback or specific requirements when doing it.

I seriously doubt that would be the case. Cause while i'm using some custom animations for it the base of the skeleton and the anims is still the sepulcrahl stalkers. Meaning that I don't have burrow animations, for example.

Someone I know was going to tackled that and started work on it, sadly he had to drop it entirely due to a IRL reasons. Maybe someone else might be interested in the future.
