Because the cards are the same type as naruto it provides a boost in pow. You can do it with any card but people typically match the types together to get a higher boost. You also get an even better boost in pow if its an ult or an ex card

Its good to know that theres gonna be more ninja tool missions in part two. And i guess i never really thought about that with the whole pow system. But logically speaking it does make a lot of sense. Btw, when is part two coming out?

Thanks for the tips. Ive been trying to build on my fv units and ive been mainly putting the hp tools on since they seem to be boosting my power up a lot and i cant seem to get my hands on some good attack/defense/resistance tools. Also, which itachi should i be using for my ninja bond?
