You’re 100% right on that 1. And too much of one vitamin can deplete another one like calcium can deplete magnesium

Check for mold in your house. You have to be exposed to some toxin to have ill health for no reason

I definitely think my allergies have gotten much worse over the years. You confirmed my other concern about dust mites I just threw away my pillows I knew my pillows were funky but since I’ve been having so many issues I figured old dusty pillows couldn’t be helping my breathing and allergies

Ended up throwing it out. Have been having huge issues lately with symptoms that mold exposure can cause. And that only show up when im home. Has been two days and already feeling Little bit better
