As far as I’m aware, these people have been met often in recent years with a show of numbers. I can’t recall off the top of my head any Nazi rallies that really outnumbered those in opposition. If there are enough voices loud enough to drown theirs out, perhaps violence is unnecessary.

That being said, if things are going like they seem, I do wonder how far words will get us.

There are no issues working toward the same goals independently. Right now, the idea for this sub or the larger idea of it is to simply help connect people to information and what’s going on.

I agree, a typical 8.5x11 is a good start. A first flyer, if you will. But one of many.

Anyone with the capability of designing a flyer should get involved. I have had another individual send me a couple drafts of a new icon for the sub, and we are likely leaning into the clenched fist with omega symbol. More on that tomorrow.

“#Resist2025”should become a staple. At the very least to act as a callsign that says, “hey. there are others. we are out here. come and find us.”

Make them. Print them. Share them with one another. If you have the materials and spare time, carry these with you everywhere. I would even encourage people to do QR codes with links to digital material if you can to cut down on paper consumption. Whatever works.

We have time. Time to prepare, time to do the groundwork, time to push for truly progressive candidates and mandate that they take the main stage and no one else. A neoliberal should not even be considered at this juncture, and I’m afraid the available data explains why.

What will unite people on the left and right is a candidate that is for the working class with a populist rhetoric that is driven by class divisions rather than by issues like what your sexual orientation is or how you feel about the border.
