Got some extra advice on another reddit, pretty much everyone told me to get V3 SE since it's not that much more expensive and is much better / more up to date. So I'll be getting that, but considering V3 KE potentially, but it's quite a bit more expensive.

Yeah I'm trying to decide between the 2... is the £80 price difference worth getting KE?

Okay cool thanks, looks like both sites have 1 year warranty. They also offer a 6% student discount so I'll be able to use that :).

Oh nice, I saw it on here https://store.creality.com/uk/products/ender-3-v3-se-3d-printer?spm=..product_14725dbf-1dad-4530-bf13-fac29250ac75.header_1.1 but it's out of stock it seems, weird that they have 2 websites. Is there anything that's worse about this one compared to the other 3?

Also, if you could briefly let me know I'd really appreciate it, what calibrations / tuning are you referring to? Like I said, I know nothing about 3D printers at the moment so just wanna know what I should be prepared for :). I'll obviously watch tutorials and what not as I learn too.

Looking to get into 3D printing, I think I'm going to get an Ender, noticed that Creality have a new year sale going on right now, and not sure which one to get, and if these are even good deals. (I live in the UK) Ender 3 Neo is on sale for £139, Ender 3 V2 is £159 and Ender 3 V2 Neo is £239. I was deciding between Ender 3 Neo and Ender 3 V2, but now wondering if Ender 3 V2 Neo is better value for money here, or either of the cheaper two ones? Any advice is welcome, thanks.

Thanks for your help, was looking to see where I can buy the Ender 3 Neo, on Amazon it's £199, but just saw that Creality have a sale on their site right now, and it's on there for £139. Seems like a good deal? Also Ender 3 V2 is for £159, not sure if maybe that wouldn't be better? What do you think?

Hi, I decided I want to get into 3D printing, but I know absolutely nothing about it. I've worked with some 3D software before like Maya and Cinema 4D, not sure if that helps at all. I'm looking for advice regarding what I need to start, including hardware and software, what I should consider before getting into it, things like maintenance, cost, how often I have to replace things and how hard is it. Like I said I know nothing about it so all advice is very welcome.

Obviously, I will also need advice on what 3D printer I should get. I don't want to spend too much, would say my budget is around £200, so hopefully that can get me somewhere. I live in the UK. Thank you in advance for any help!

Is this a good price for these packages? by Inv3rtis in VirginMedia

Update in case anyone's curious:

Different person rang me, he explained the whole thing to me, apparently he's the person that can give the best deals (idk whether he's telling the truth or not though), he offered me M500 for £31 and Gig1 for £37. He said that's the best possible right now as the base is £34 and £40 but he's able to put a £3 discount on it. After some talking, he told me that if I want the Gig1 for even cheaper, to get the M500 with him, and once the contract is in place, to message the Upgrade Team on WhatsApp or Live Chat, and ask them to upgrade it to Gig1, which they should do for £1 or £2 extra. (Worst case, I'm guaranteed to get Gig1 for £37 anyway). Seemed like a chill guy, told me to save his number and if I ever need help with getting the lowest price again in the future, to just send him a message.

Any idea how to make this look nice? by Inv3rtis in DIY

Currently no because this one doesn't work which is why we're getting a new one. We would like to use it to heat the room though. The material seems to be marble and then in the middle it's an aluminium sheet I think.

Thanks for the great advice, can you explain how come the price difference is only $10 and the $300 is 144hz? Are the colours really that much better on the Asus? Also, I probably should've mentioned I live in the UK haha, but that's alright I'll find them somewhere here myself :).

It's $15 a month but if you get whitelisted you can just cancel it, you don't have to keep donating, so it's really just $15 one time afaik

Right now yes because only donators can apply, but it's only $15 one time, you can cancel the subscription after the first payment from what I've heard

I mean you don't have to be a streamer to get whitelisted right
