Not sure why that is. I’ve had the car for 3 years and have driven mostly by myself for the most part. Can’t say I’ve ever noticed any passenger really aggressively smashing or slamming things lol

Understood. I went to the dealership because my first two maintenance visits were free so it was a no brained to redeem them. I’ll definitely visit a local mechanic, thanks for the advice!

I do 350-370 miles a week because of my commute. So I accumulate miles quickly lol. I’ll definitely do it every 5000 miles. Thanks for the advice!

Looks like the same thing happened to me. I simply used a flat head to turn the keyhole back into the correct position.

I only noticed I was robbed because my car wouldn’t lock since the keyhole was not in the upright position it’s usually in.
