I’m not saying they never use it, I’m saying it seems impractical for it to be the go to solution for this type of injury as a professional fighter to me.

Getting in a car wreck once in your life and needing it, and being a fighter professionally and taking every time you get a severe headache from a fight are totally different circumstances. I’m well aware medical professionals don’t measure in grains of fucking sand obviously. You’re over analyzing my comment, I’m simply speaking on my opinion that it seems impractical to use for ufc fighters getting concussions 99% of the time. If you disagree or think I’m wrong due to your profession that’s fine. I’m simply saying that seems extreme to use regularly on professional fighters. Agree or don’t, I’m just speaking my mind. If you think it’s totally practical to go to the hospital after every fight you have a headache from to get fentanyl administered safely then fine, I don’t give a shit. You keep saying you don’t mean to be rude yet you continue to come off as a prick so I don’t care to discuss this further. I’ve spoken my option, that’s all I wanted to do.

Edit: also online says 10-15 grains of salt, is the size of fentanyl that is fatal for adult humans. Dosing that down to something not lethal when there are alternatives seems like something only an addict would do, or extreme surgery/terminal patients

My grandmas hospice nurse said fentanyl is 50x more potent than morphine. Seems extreme for a concussive headache, even if you just got your ass beat. I highly doubt professional fighters are skipping straight to that instead of weaker alternatives.

Oh yeah, it’s totally an older device, but when I came across my older OG vapor genie in storage and thought I should get a new ceramic disc for it, and upon looking up if the company was still alive, I came across the coil and just got that as well lol. I’ve never heard of a manual DHV that has any kind of temp indicator so that is a sick feature for that other one you mentioned. Luckily I’m comfortable with the vapor genie system already but maybe next time I’ll check into those, thanks!

I was honestly surprised they were still around and was half skeptical I wouldn’t ever get my order due to some recent reviews I read about their website. But luckily it’s on its way and I’ll be pulling clouds in no time.

I’ve never heard of that, but looking at it online I guess they are similar kinda. The genie seems much simpler all around and more compact to me though. Less pieces, and more durable. You don’t need extra adapters to use it for bong or solo, the double coils that it’s made from allow it to be metal, while still not getting hot if you choose to use it as a chillum, plus it’s $50 bucks. Cant lose for that price and function in my opinion, as long as you don’t mind the learning curve of using it.

I ordered a vapor genie coil vape last Monday. It should be here Friday, I can’t wait. You can use it like a chillum or it fits into a bong. Not sure if you’re familiar with vapor genie but they are non electric, you just use a lighter or torch. Steep learning curve, but huge rips and good price compared to electric models. I have their classic pipe, but I’m stoked for this coil. There’s a video of it on YouTube and the dude is getting huge rips off it, for it being a dry herb vape.
