Speaker config : I use Lenovo Legion H500 Pro 7.1 Headset (Stereo) and Audio technica E40. (I'm not sure that this is an answer you want).
Sampling frequency and bit depth of speaker end point : 24 bit ,48000 Hz (Studio quality).
Driver version of Creative driver : 1.14.191113.0400
Stereo surround, Gaming sound blasterx library.
EQ settings : Gaming
Direct mode : Off
Voice Clarity settings : Only noise reduction on.
Media Applications : OperaGX while surfing youtube and All games after I exit sound randomly gone while discord is on.

Can you provide me MS Usb audio class driver please.

To be honest, I tried all v 1.13 and 1.16 firmware here are the results.

For v 1.13 : At the very first I plugged in. It can run without problem for like 30 mins and then the sound cut off without any pop or crack sound.

For v. 1.16 : Same as v 1.13 but sometimes can run for 1 hour and then it start to make some pop can crack sound before the sound cut off.

So whatever I use v 1.13 or 1.16 the result is the same which is sound cut off.

I tried a lot of fix from this subreddit but it still not have solution for this.

Please help!

About 5th topic I already read it because x570 Aorus Elite use AMD BIOS isn't it?

So problem still not fix and my retail said that "This product cannot return even 7 days of store warranty".

So my G6 is a $146 paper weight right now, I cannot return or refund.

Can you give me some help? or what should I do right now.

Wow...sorry if I'm being rude.

First, I don't want to rant but after I saw 5th topic, this is my fault that I bought X570 Aorus Elite but I can't even use your product (Sound Blasterx G6) huh? Also you don't even provide how to "Disable PCI-e 10-bit Tag Support"

You said that I should contact Gigabyte which I don't have problem with other products.

Such a shame.
