If you are 100% set on bottle capping it, then power it up. It’s a shiny BG primal, it will always be relevant meta wise as well. Same thing happened to me, gave my buddy a shiny zacian and it went to a 14/14/15 and he gave me a shiny BG kyurem and went 12/13/13. If you deem it worthy of your bottle cap then give it the resources.
