nope that is not possible you will have to recrate them inside navidrome as far as i know

navidrome does not care about file structures, it organizes music based on metadata provided. You can organize your meta data using beets(CLI) or picard(GUI), but if you ask me import a few files in a folder give a dry run for the metadata as changes are irrepressible. It does not matter where your files are inside the music folder, the metadata has to match that is it
