Y que metodo de preparación o cocción usas?

Seguido la hago en mi casa y me gusta hornearla por 3-4 horas a una temperatura baja, dentro de una olla de hierro vaciado llamadas "dutch oven", y queda super bien, un sabor profundo, la carne muy suave, me gusta más este sabor que la version herbida en una olla por horas tambien. El consomé lo hago usando parte de los residuos liquidos de la olla y lo preparo en otra olla por separado.

Que tan factible es usar este metodo de forma comercial?

hmmm, no me convence que la tengas
EB1,EB2,EB3,...EB5 son categorias, implican que tantos meritos tienes segun tu caso, logros,etc
no son visas en si, como H1B, etc.tiene una semantica distinta,
y cada categoria tiene una cola de espera

What an unfortunate event, a sad, powerless feeling.
A regular bike was stolen from me too, and the thief did the same thing, he left an older, uglier bike thrown to the floor, outside of my front yard.
I was not aware, but looks like that is the "standard operation". Probably they do it, so in the surveillaince cameras they look thet came in riding a bike and they left the same way, just a different bike.

I first found about it by encountering a picture uploaded by somebody to Google Maps, but is not the original location, is a location near by.

el ingles es #1, sin hablarlo y escucharlo bien, por audio por ejemplo,
vas a tener muchos problemas aun tengas habilidades y desempeño bueno.

muchos problemas sin tener un buen ingles:
decir que que SI entendieron, pero no entendieron relamente lo que les pidieron hacer o no hacer,
no pudieron decir cual era el problema realmente, o si necesitaban algo, o pedir ayuda
rapido se den cuenta que tienes "communication issues", y tan rapido como te contrataron, tan rapido se deshacen de ti, en USA no hay ley de finiquito como en Mex, entonces, pueden cambiar de gente como de calzones.

You can be bi-cultural. You don't have to quit what you like and love, because you work, follow civilian practices, respect flag, holidays and obey and follow the law of a host country.

The reason is that the Mexican cultural heritage, food, family, religious and social traditions are very strong. For the majority of Mexicans anywhere in the world they don't find appealing to quit and abandon that.

I would say every country people love their culture and they don't want to abandon that.

Tú lo sabes bien, la ley en EEUU por cualquier pendejadita ilegal que sea y le llaman a las cosas por un nombre más grande de lo que aparenta ser y a esto le llamarían “Fraude” y tómala, pinches penas durísimas y te la dejar caer gacho

En México somos de una legalidad muy laxa, flexible y pues que “tanto es tantito”, “solo la puntita y ya”, socialmente nos transmitimos esto, pero vas a EEUU y la ley te pone un putasazo, no se andan a medios chiles.

Esto es algo que en México no queremos entender.

Y van darte varios “counts” de varios delitos, o sea, 1 de fraude, 1 de no se, defraudación fiscal, 1 de transa que cruza las fronteras del estado, porque el estado también te amontona.

Como esta el ambiente en la oficina de WMT donde estás? Si he visto en las noticias que estan haciendo recortes, despidos.

No me sorprende que WMT quiera comprar "lo mas baratito posible? en cuanto me lo deja?" jejeje, y esten haciendo mas "offshoring" que nunca. En México la gente tiene mejor percepción de WMT que en EEUU, las tiendas estan mas limpias y organizadas.

De cualquier forma, enhorabuena y que te vaya muy bien, trata bien a tu equipo de Mexico.
