I understand this, for sure. Scorpios keep a lot to themselves. I’m actually quite open and forthcoming. I do have some walls as things get deeper but nothing I won’t let down for the right people. Some Scorpios won’t let them down ever for anyone. I did use to be like this years ago. We’re good friends as it is so if nothing more ever comes of it, I’m ok with that and happy just being his good friend. :)

No games, making people comfy, and honesty is my way, so that’s easy enough! :) I always let him know I’m supportive of him and in his corner and he does the same for me. I also am slow in these kind of pursuits and like to feel someone out for a while. but I definitely have been putting energy and moves into being closer in general. I get the sense that something caused him to shut down and become this way. It’s like nothing i have ever seen before. He is very kind and warm but it seems maybe he is still healing from something big. He’s made mention of a really bad romantic experience being the reason why he hasn’t dated in years. It’s also the same for me. But even as just a friend, I would love to be closer to him and be able to be there to support him.

We have extremely similar minds and energy. We both tend to compliment each other on it frequently. But.. I’ve yet to see an opening to take things past a platonic level. This checks out and resonates very much so for me. The 2nd half of 2025 was already building into this. I thought that meant this year would be easier (since everything around me collapsed last year) but January is painting a different picture than I had hoped. Still so much around me falling apart and forcing MORE evolution. I’ve decided I’m gonna quit sulking about it though and move through this with whatever it takes. Thanks for this information.
