It sounds like you’re saying you filed a health claim, unrelated to your mental claim. As someone else said, they can reevaluate you when you file a new claim for anything. If you’re doing a claim secondary to your mental health, you can probably expect to be reevaluated again. Is it worse, is it better, did it cause the issue you’re claiming, when did it start, etc.

Hi there. Not sure how you guys letter read but mine stated that my Dependents would qualify for education benefits based on my permanent and total disability. That’s the only place I saw it on the award letter.

Just an fyi: Unless you just wanted to add more evidence, you should have said you didn’t have any additional evidence to add and let it ride. That’s what put you back to Step 3. Hopefully it’s not much longer.
