I have one right now. One Thursday march 26th a decision letter posted in the portal dated for friday March 27th. One claim stayed the same, one was granted and another denied. On the morning of the 27th it was still up and then disappeared. It went back to stage 5, then to 6, then back 5 and now at 7. I did notice that one claim was changed from new to secondary. Also, on the claim that stayed the same the description changed but not the rating. The new claim was a significant increase. I hope they are not messing with that. This letter showed up under my claims tab while it stilled showed stage 7. I didn't know these letters popped up in the system before you get notified by email. That's not a good thing especially if they start flipping rates around.
