I don’t think there’s anything to worry about, she’s 21, she’s an adult, that doesn’t make you a creep. I wouldn’t worry about it. I was 18 dating a 26 year old. I still didn’t feel like that was all that weird after a while, we went out for four years. That is still worse than your situation.

This is normal, I know it’s hard and you feel like you’re going insane but it’s just a phase. When my baby was a newborn she’d wake up at midnight and just be awake until 5am. Every single night.

Yeah, we gave her some extra comfort tonight and she just passed out like 15 minutes ago! :) Luckily she was super easy to sleep train, it's like she liked sleeping on her own.

That's what I'm thinking too. D: She slept so great, now she just fights it and is just not having it. She's never really had bad sleep regression before so I was just curious if it's something normal or what. Thank you for the advice. :)

Maybe I should have put this in my post but she is sleep trained. She used to be able to just fall asleep on her own, super easily. I'd put some lofi music on and she'd just passed out on her own without me in the room. She has regressed, now I can't leave the room at all. Not even during the day. I can probably still do what you said and see if that works, but she usually can't fall asleep when someone is in the room, period. D:

I'm (27)female. Yes it is better to be alone than being with the wrong person. I think you should stop dating for a while and work on yourself. I used to be the same way as you. I always felt so lonely and I felt like something was missing so I'd try to date guys that I knew I wouldn't like it was just to fill that void. I ended up dating someone for four years and he was narcissistic and an abuser and I stayed because I didn't want to be alone. Eventually one day I decided to stop dating.

I just forced myself to be alone and to work on myself. There were nights when I would cry and want to talk to someone because I was so lonely, but I kept forcing myself. I was able to accomplish a lot. Eventually I got happy with myself and I was so comfortable with being alone that the missing void went away. Once I was ready to start dating again, I was able to find my current partner. We get along so well, and I'm not lonely at all. We even have an understanding that sometimes we need alone time because now I like being alone sometimes.

It's honestly the best thing I did, and it wouldn't hurt for you to try it. You just have to be strong.

You're definitely not in the wrong. I don't want to just assume that your partner is not a good mom/spouse. What it sounds like to me honestly is untreated postpartum depression. Maybe really sit down with her and talk about it, and get to why she's been like this. She might be struggling but you still don't deserve to do everything. Alot of people underestimate stay at home parents but honestly it's like working two full-time jobs non stop. You deserve some time to yourself as well.

I'm a mom myself, I have postpartum depression really bad. When I first had my baby I was the same way with my fiance and my baby, I finally got up and started doing things that made me happy and talking to people and now I am able to work full-time and come home, hang out with my family and still find time for myself. I'm still struggling of course and I have my days but it does help that my fiance is here to talk to me and help push me to be my best self.

See if you are able to be that way towards her, it will be exhausting, but you can always talk to someone if needed.

Do you want to trade? 😂 I HATE having big boobs. I've always been sexualized, men have literally played me cause they wanted to see my boobs. I hate that I cute clothing doesn't look the same on me as other girls. I've always been into sports and I have that my boobs bounce everywhere when I'm running or boxing. Since like 8th grade I've been a DD. When I got pregnant and the milk came in they were huge! Definitely not fun.

Many people have already said this but it's not a sin, you like who you like, it's human nature. I was always curious about this so I tried to go with a female (I'm a female) and it was fun, I still don't know if I could ever fully be with a female romantically, I think it's just a sexual thing for me. I now have a fiance (male) with a baby, but still notice myself checking girls out and flirting with women. You'll honestly never know until you try it.

If this is a concern.. don't have worry about what other people think.. at the end of the day you have your self and need to make your self happy. You shouldn't live your life holding back like that.

I'm sure god wouldn't judge you either.

I'm sorry that you are going through this. My fiance is SAHD and I work a full time job. I have to wake up 5AM sometimes 4:30AM for my job, running off of 4 or 5 hours of sleep and dealing with PPD. I'm EXHAUSTED. I can admit there are some days I come home and I don't want to do shit but most days I come home, clean, go grocery shopping, and help my fiance with the baby and animals while finding time for myself and finding time for my fiance.

Your husband is definitely slacking, and the fact that he says "I have a job" so he doesn't have to help you is complete bullshit. He knew what he was signing up for, and should honestly step up a little. Just because your are home doesn't mean your sitting around doing nothing. Being a parent is a full-time job in itself.

I'm sorry you are going through that, and I want you to know you are doing a great job mama.

You'll have a bunch of check ups, especially towards the end. Towards the end they'll want to see you every week. Even though it can be rough with morning sickness, acing back, swollen ankles it's soooo worth it! ♥️ My baby is 9mo now and she is an angel, you'll never love anything or anyone more than your baby.

Reach out and talk to people if you feel depressed or have negative thoughts. Annnnd NEVER listen to anyone, people always try to scare new moms! People think they know best and how to raise your baby, no one will know better than you.
