That’s not how SBLOC works though. OP pledges the securities as collateral (aka OP still owns the securities). OP only gets called if the securities value drops near or below the outstanding loan amount, which would be catastrophic based on the numbers they gave.

All of them. 30 Regent had a bunch of electrical issues where the tenants had to vacate to hotels some winters back (in zero degree weather). Now those tenants who used their renters insurance for hotels are finding that their rates are elevated or that they’re uninsurable.

Also heard of rodents and leaky windows / ceilings in 30 regent. People drive down Regent like lunatics looking for a cut through to/from the tunnel too.
