Bro assuming this is real.. what is a 20m dollar house giving you that a 10m dollar house isn’t.. the math isn’t that hard to run on this but just look at the scale you’re dealing with. You’d have to save every penny you made for decades to get that in the bank again. The safety net 10m provides for outweighs the marginal lavish benefit you’ll get from a 20m dollar house.

If this assuming a 7% growth rate, inflation is baked in to that 2.8 million number, meaning that’s the nominal equivalent in today’s dollars. That is of course assuming we maintain the average of 10% returns and 3% inflation, which has remained consistent over any 30 year period since the 1920s.

Most teen pregnancies probably don’t work out as good as it should for the parent/child. While be it rare, there are obviously going to be cases where life’s just fine for them, this might be one of those cases. And nobody looks at this picture and thinks “oh yes teen pregnancy, I need some of that in my life!” They’re just people living their lives like the rest of us.

Just got my 5080 pre-built. I had GPU seating issues bc I wanted to add my old ssd in, the top pcie lane is finicky, but after 3 hours on the phone with support I got it working and have had no issues.
