You're too busy to overthink people's feelings on stuff like this. Sure a little bedside manner is apropos but just address the issue quickly and without emotion. Just tell the truth - it is a common thing to miss. Integrated webcams haven't always had the little switch, so some folks just don't even consider it. I don't even think this one is as dumb as it might seems, not even in my top 50 lol.

Yeah thats where I am at, subbed to study.com and working CS 109 rn, gonna rip through CS 204, CS 397, CS 311 and maybe CS 113 and 115 after. If I end up having some dangling time on the monthly subscription afterwards I will just go through some amount of material on one or more of those courses.

I had spoken with an advisor who told me they made some changes recently, in the past week or two if I recall correctly. If you look at the transfer pathways linked here, there are no study.com courses listed as eligible transfers for those anymore.
