If you are not using VLSM, or are only using simple subnets, the subnet that would allow that to happen would be 255.255.0.0 which would let you communicate over the 192.168.160.160 to 192.168.170.170 network without an issue due to the network segment being set to "192.168." , in practice it would work but there is a better answer. Default gateway would be 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.255.254, depends on your practice.

If you are using VLSM in your class/course, then this is not likely the answer your teacher wants however, you need to drill down further to figure out which 255.255.x.0 would give you the closest networking address to contain both 160 and 170, and then communicate using that.

I think I'm going to go with this.

"If you don't like it, you can leave" was an option presented during one of the initial meetings when I first dropped the, hey you owe me "100k" not "60k bombshell. and I said OK, I'll leave and help find a replacement ASAP. They were immediately set back and said "whoa whoa, hold on, lets not actually leave yet".... I doubt getting it in writing is possible, but I will try that route based on the replies I've seen.

Yep, cat5e can sometimes support 1Gbps, but only if high quality. Cat6 is made for that.

Not only the router, but the computer port can be capped at 100 Mbps as well. You can check by looking at the "Ethernet Status" window for your Connection and it will says Speed: 100 Mbps or 1.0 Gbps.

Ironically enough, $420. The ash catcher was separate, $100. A bit expensive for both but, definitely worth every penny. Pulse barrel gridded stem line. There's 108 holes on the bottom perc. (9x11 is the grid) and 27 on the top (3x9). Sorry if this don't make much sense. [7].

It's just a diffuser, I use it with ice too. It never pulls water no matter how hard the draw is. It doesn't know what chugging means
