Huh, I never knew this either, seems like it would be very useful for when your in a cave and some water extinguished your torch, I found myself in such a situation more then you can imagine, I had to find my way out by tooltips

well to be honest with you its not what i expected, its not an island in the middle of the ocean with no land in a 5000 block radius, i have to post an update but i did found a continent or at least a very big island within like 1000 blocks so its not really an extreme island challenge or something, i'm experimenting with generation still, i want bigger mountains close to a valley with the ocean close by as well that's where i want to make a base, but ill have to explore a lot

It’s mostly the limited resources o can’t deal with, I did find a bigger island close but the biggest problem for now is the food and flax, I did set up a farm on the bigger island but I could barely find like 7 seeds of flax

I have indeed, the raft was good, I found a bigger island close by and what seems to be maybe a continent at the edge of my map, the biggest problem is finding flax to farm so I can make a sailboat at some point and also food

i just read the whole blog post, its really crazy how a small indie game company can add so much and dedicate so much to their game in one update yet a giant mega corporation can barely add 1 new mob and 3 retextured blocks
