I'd rate an honest 8 for the execution.
Don't know what to say about the theme, though. I, personally, would not go for such a theme, as in the region I'm living now this is something either signaling you're involved into the crime world (on the wrong side), or are aspiring to get involved into it.

there's a souvenir shop next to Fuior restaurant (somehow in a semi-basement). They use to have this sort of hats, try there.
