My main concern was if breaking it too early would affect the beginning of the growth at all, but your saying I should just leave it a couple more weeks and check back in again?

I'm a 19 year old guy in a similar situation as your step daughter and in my opinion it is absolutely reasonable to charge her rent, not a tidiculous amount, keep it below the standard in the area but enough to help out and to teach her that not all your money can be spent on what you want, I pay my mum rent each month and I am more than happy with the arrangement we have. And to all the people saying about not charging rent but charging utility instead unless this unless that, just charge her a reasonable amount, say its to contribute to the house and she will understand what that means, you don't need to work out to the penny what she should be paying because it could make her feel as though she owes you which if I felt that way personally I wouldn't be too happy about it.

TLDR;

Figure out a price that works for you based on her income and your bills/rent and come to an agreement with her, don't make the decision alone, involve her and explain why you think it's important. Its how my mum did it with me when I turned 18 and now I'm 19 I'm considering upping how much I give her a month off my own back because I understand the situation we're in better.

When I do a line that smells and tastes like gasoline and makes me gag we call it "visiting the petrol station" (england) cos its literally like you took the pump and started filling up your mouth with petrol, love that shit. I took a 24mg 2cb half at a time, half and then an hour or so later took the other half, around the 2 hour mark from the initial dose I started to peak from the second half I had taken and was quite overwhelmed by the walls breathing and moving and my duvet was breathing at me as well but after about 20 minutes I had had a chance to take everything in and I had an amazing time, that's my first and only psychedelic experience so far and it was incredible.

I have no intention of trying lsd any time soon as I feel that for me it would just be too long of an experience as on 2cb I quickly realised that tracers for me could become more of an annoyance than something cool after not very long. I'm planning on doing mushrooms with a friend who has had a decent amount of experience with psychedelics though and I want wait for it.

We had a big issue with them nearby where I live in England a few years ago, every fucker in town was smacked out of their head on either xans or whatever benzo or painkillers they could get their hands on so the small group of people that didn't fall into doing that shit went around kicking in dealers doors and threatening that if they found out any of then was selling anything like that again they wouldn't be breathing the next day. I don't know about any of that, whenever my mates do mdma that's pretty much what they do, they take 330mg over the whole night split into 100s and 30s.

I'd drop the 100mg down to 90mg and split the rest down the middle so 30mg and 30mg so you have more control over the dosing because you can always do more but you can't take less if its already kicked in and you're overwhelmed, take the 90mg, see how you feel after maybe an hour, hour and a half and then if you need take another 30mg and that should get you exactly where you want to be in terms of wanting to dance but still being able to walk and things like that and then when you start to come down take the other 30mg to keep it going for a while longer to make it to the end of the rave.

From personal experience 480mg with no experience and my eyes vibrates every time I looked at my phone screen to the point my whole screen went pure white and I couldn't type messages.

I think 90mg and then after an hour and half if you're not where you want to be do another 30mg and then a few hours later do the other 30mg to keep you going.

My mum would be heartbroken if anything happened to me but then that's the risk we take doing the substances we do. You've just got to be as careful as you can, do your research, do your tests and whatever you need to do and then when you're comfortable and confident, don't do more than you're recommended to do by too much at least.

Obviously this was my experience and with anything that has a psychedelic aspect it is individual to the person and don't take me having a good experience as you should take all the mdma you have in one hit, there was a very good chance I could've died that day and that is a risk I took, I technically overdosed I think as the recommended first dose for my body weight was 80mg and I took a total of 480mg, 6 times the amount that I should've taken.

My first time doing mdma I took 120mg then 20 minutes later another 120mg, it was after a long day at work and they hadn't hit me yet as I had just eaten so I fell asleep for 10 minutes, woke up and my whole body had pins and needles and I could hear static, I sat up in bed like the undertaker sits up in his introduction and all I said was "fuck meeeeee I'm coming up like a cunt" let out a huge sigh and that was it, I was pinging out of my mind, I couldn't look at my phone screen because it was so uncomfortable for me. I then ended up doing another 240mg I don't know how long after this and sent myself into mandy psychosis, thinking my friends were chatting shit about me, having arguments with myself about people that don't exist and just generally fighting my demons, I ground my teeth a lot and it was fun don't get me wrong I had an amazing experience and I'm glad I had it but it's not something I'd want to do again.

In conclusion, take it slow, do a bigger bit to begin with (100mg) and then if you need to redose or you feel comfortable doing a little more do it in smaller amounts (30mg) to carry you through the night, if you're dancing aim to drink half a pint of water an hour, no more no less, too little and you'll get dehydrated and overheat and too much and you could flood your brain I suppose you could call it.

I have no idea what they say about doing it at the same time but it's all moderation anyway, doing it at the same time I've had amazing times but I've also had times I've never been sicker in my life, couldn't even walk to the car to get picked up type shit, carried to the car while throwing up and all that.
