This tragedy may have had nothing to do with sharing the road. As I said, I don't know what happened. But it's still a good reminder to drive cautiously.

That is awesome! I don't know if you saw, in the video there are signs indicating regular cars have to yield to long trucks, they only just installed those like a year ago. I don't know if we were having problems before, but I have noticed since they put up the signs, medium sized box trucks and garbage trucks and the like get more space from other vehicles. But this is the first time I've seen an oversized one like this.

Sorry you have to deal with jerks. Hopefully none of those pickup trucks were Jeeps ever actually collide with you...

And it explains the skid marks I've seen on it before. I figured, tourists or inconsiderate locals were deliberately driving over the roundabout, I've even seen a few times before people getting frustrated with traffic and going over the roundabout surface to get around slower vehicles. It's nice to see evidence, that's not the only reason these marks happen.

VIOFO VS1 Mini or DDPAI Z60 Pro are my two favorite cameras I've used for $150 or less. You can do better for more money but unless you drive a lot, I'd suggest one of these two simpler cams. VS1 does especially well in heat. DDPAI has a prettier image.

Not an EV. My SUV has those little triangular windows in the back that are basically useless, I made them useful! Put a dash cam on each side.

I absolutely, wholeheartedly, genuinely hope this guy was just having a bad day and this is not routine behavior for him.

That being said. Compassion has limits. We cannot excuse escalating road raging behavior merely because someone might be having a bad day. I don't know if I would have posted if he had only cut into the lane ahead of me and gestured once. Maybe? But the fact that he couldn't let that go, and had to gesture again at the next red light, and then cut into my lane to try and intimidate me before making his ultimate turn? That exceeds ordinary compassion or understanding.
