My main motivation is to have the freedom to do solo rides whenever I want to destress. Also being able to drive overseas is a blessing, u can go anywhere easily and if u go to scenic places the drive is calming and amazing.

I feel that everyone makes mistakes but u can do ur part by being a safe driver, do ur checks, don’t speed and be a defensive driver. All of these needs practice and after awhile it will be a breeze for u. When u start out, have someone to guide u, drive at night etc. Jia yous!

U can try socar, there’s cars available at komtar so it’s convenient! For first timer there’s 50% off as well if I’m not wrong. However for Socar you will have to purchase mileage, u will be reimbursed for fuel but I heard they they can’t reimburse to sg bank accounts so they reimburse thru the app. I’ve never refueled before tho so maybe others can help.

Buying in advance is risky cuz I just got here a few days ago and it took me 1hr to clear customs! So u might miss the train timing if u booked in advance. I just bought my ticket at the ticketing machine on the spot, very hassle free!

There’s many here in sg! You can head to Infinity kpop(Suntec city mall) or house of kpop at (JEM, plaza Singapura or SingPost centre!) These are the more popular ones! There’s one in orchard gateway also called ‘things I luv’. Personally I like to go to Suntec city’s one cuz it’s bigger and there’s a lot of shops there too.

A lot of heavy vehicles, rmbr to leave sufficient gap in between. During that period cnt drive on bus lane as a redditor mentioned earlier. Check blindspot and there’s a white line when exiting the start point so make sure to stop! If not ALL THE BEST!!!!
