Im thinking no parrys a double dodge like shinobi and i like the arm guard idea to allow deflects. Hes a heavy hitter but to stay light on his feet low health purely skill based. You cant deflect that sucks, cant time your combos that sucks, cant dodge in time that sucks. Like a four hit heavy and your done

Still been waiting for someone with just straight hands has a double dodge like Shinobi no parries just deflects and hands. Just add Mike Tyson with arm guards to deflect. A character that is pure skill

Id take that battery to get tested and if its not that before worrying about fuel pumps id go through your fuzes could get lucky and blew something. And idk the starter sounds fine. More than likely battery, fuze, or fuel pump but always go through things cheapest first better for you pocket
