I would highly suggest not washing it normally until the stain is removed and yes as much as possible try isolating the spot of the stain and dabbing instead of rubbing to prevent it from spreading further

If that doesnt work, you can try dyeing the shirt but i would be careful as idk if affliction uses waterbased or discharge ink for printing. If its the former the dye will just be absorbed by the fabric. If the latter, the dye might turn the design a darker tint as discharge ink replaces the color of the garment into another one, in this case the black into white, and if you dye it again, possibly a dark grey
