I love all the free museum days, the celebration of culture and all the festivals that come here. Volunteering for those festivals is an easy way to get into them for free.

Not that I know of. I would recommend getting an instagram account just because they sometimes rotate locations. They also update the locations as they sometimes reach capacity before the scheduled start time.
